I know I'm not the 1st person to find myself in this position--just wondering if others have found innovative and interesting ways to cut thru the noise and identify cheapest PPM, or find cheapest flights from FRA to anywhere in EU.
I sometimes find that if I make a dummy booking on Expedia, you can see the T&C's there, before actually booking the flights on the airlines web site to avoid the Expedia fee. Works in the UK for sure, not sure about in Germany though.

I tend to use Swiss from the UK, and can get some reasonable PPM, but that's because of the extra connection in ZRH I think.
