During Xmas week, Sheraton Krabi wants $430/night. We got the room for 2800 spg points + $45/night.

However, given that you want to stay during ultra-high season, I suspect you are going to be out of luck with your quest. As an example, the place we're staying at over NYE (7900 THB/night) booked solid back in July.
