I am sure DEQM is dead for the foreseeable, if only because of the merger, network combination / normalization, and the squishy science of aligning upgrade inventory with the size of the elite corps. It would be disastrous to inflate the elite ranks any further via cheap / artificial means. Incredible that you can fly 100k miles per year and still be told, implicitly and straight out, that your business means nothing.
