Stay Over Dec 31/Jan 1 - for what year do nights credit?
Couldn't find this info searching Marriott although I'm sure it must be somewhere...

For All Marriott Chain Properties but my specific interest is international properties:

Are nights calculated and credited toward yearly thresholds using: checkIN date? CheckOUT date? Year for which there were more nights (eg, check in Dec 25, 2010 check out Jan 2, 2011 would post for 2010 because more of the nights were in 2010)? Exact number of nights stayed in each year? (I would receive 7 nights 2010, 1 night 2011)
