Quite often in Europe they do not bother with e-ticket re-print but just give you a handwritten document called FIM... Happened to me once (LH FIMed me to US) and a US Airways Club rep in CLT was not sure what to do with me She printed my BP, let me in to the Club and then approached me and said she actually learned something new about how airlines in Europe operate
