when my card was brand new and I had this invisable limit of 15,000 on my plat card I knew it wouldnt clear a 25,000 purchase

so what i did was called Amex and requested that they allow it and I wold make a good faith payment right there over the phone. actually they used the words good faith. The requested a large portion of the funds from my bank account before they approved the purchase atleast thats how i remembered it happened.
