It means your electronic ticket isn't properly associated with your reservation. When changes are made, including upgrades, the ticket must be adjusted. Sounds like something burped during the upgrade process, causing it to be out of sync. Call in and have them "sync" your e-ticket. Should only take a few minutes, and then you can check yourself in again and get the usual BP.
