What does "flight coupon required" on BP mean?

Just checked in myself and Mrs. Tacostuff for a flight tomorrow. My BP looks like it always does. Hers, however, also says "Flight Coupon Required." We were both upgraded due to my PP status (but she's silver anyway). This is a fully electronic ticket that I bought through US's webpage.

I'm a little concerned that this will cause some problems tomorrow. Has anyone come across this before?

BTW, my wife would have a stroke if she knew I referred to her as Mrs. Tacostuff.

UPDATE: FWIW, when I got to the aiport this morning, it turned into a 20 minute stop at the ticket counter for the agent to call the central help line to fix the ticket. I guess somehow both tickets were issued in my name (even though her BP showed her name) and that was what threw the system off. I wonder what would have happened if my wife had just tried to board the plane with the original BP without straightening it out at the ticket counter.
