I think the long code in the URL basically has the results of your game in it, so if you refresh at that point (thus gaming the limit 3 system), you are effectively only playing once.

Theory busted (well maybe). I had some time at work today so I played about 25+ times in a row. On the 26th or so I won the crappy toy toss game. I already have the confirmation email from them.
