It's just a daily HHonors arrivals report. Properties can customize it any way they see fit but it defaults to sort from Diamond descending down to 4+ FastRes accounts. Lists requests, MyWay preferences and other pertinent info. Nothing clandestine!
What other parameters may it be customized/sorted by?
