So I call BS on the person that said Delta isn't allowed to encourage people to vote. was asked to censor
you are correct.....but the problem for employers is the ability to define a persons feelings....there isn't a uniform line on when someone feels threatened, what you considered threatening I might not so most employers choose not to chance it and have no contact regarding the unionization effort
