Air Canada's Aeroplan is not part of the Star Alliance Upgrade Rewards program yet..... There are rumors they will do so in the future.

Like the previous poster said, the only options are:

1. Buy Executive First Fare
2. Buy Last Minute Upgrade (Online check in or asking AC staff @ the airport)
3. Have AC*E/SE status and use upgrade certificates
