The other week I got a flat tire when returning the car to the airport, I was in a hurry left the car just outside of the road and managed to get a ride to the airport since I was in a hurry, I had a half a tank of refuel left which Hertz only charged me $19 for which I am grateful for, but I was charged $160 for towing??? Should I have been charged for this???
