That's exactly what I thought, but I've now spoken to 2 agents and 2 supervisors, and they just can't book it because it's not in their system that way. They see the flights, but are physically unable to book award tickets on them since they're not loaded into the aeroplan system correctly. Might someone know the appropriate contact at aeroplan to resolve the situation? Really appreciate the input and help.
