That being said, had a discussion with TSA, and they indicated I might be able to get a gate pass from SAS, but wasn't willing to try (I am sick right now with a nasty cold).

Secondly, has a talk with the check in lady for United when getting a paper BP (thought it might get me though TSA easier). She was a senior person, and kept telling me that as *G, I can access the RCC. After telling her multiple times that I couldn't, she called the RCC and confirmed what I said. She apologized and shrugged; she thought that it shouldn't be that way.

Oh, well.
