Sorry, I posted prematurely by accident ... see the actual specific question back on the original edited post ... I've seen that chart and the copay values, just wondering why it seems they cannot be used with some flights I am looking at.

In North America -- purely domestic it will be 15k miles + $50 (less if a Y/B ticket) each way
