Should I pay the fee to get MR on my Corporate Card

So, $75 to enroll in the MR points program. I'm not sure if it's worth it, so I thought I would consult with the experts who know the real strength of the program.

I currently have the Corporate "Green" Card

Other cards I use:
  • Discover - Use for the 5% cash back categories; not much else
  • Citicard - Use sometimes for dining as I get 5 TY points per dollar spent on certain categories (restaurants, book stores, music, etc.)
  • Marriot Rewards Card - Use for all marriott stays and a number of other items (mostly when my Discover gets rejected)
  • Amazon.com card - Use only on Amazon

So, based on this, is it worth the $75 for the upgrade? My guess is I would decrease spending on the Marriott Rewards and Citi card (no way I'm dropping 5% cash back on the discover, that's too great)

Thoughts?

P.S. At some point I will be upgrading to the Marriott Rewards Platinum (or executive or whatever it's called)
