And on the menu, it was mostly Dutch food (they even celebrated the fact they were offering Dutch food!) and yes, there was Dutch wine on it too; I had not even known that it exists. Well, at least they were nice enough to offer an alternative, which was somewhat more drinkable.

So, again - on which count am I exactly wrong? ... But hey...
1. Those are lie-flat seats (170 degrees) and they actually offer more room than the AF/LH equivalent. Cradle seats are something different.

2. They may very well offer Dutch choices (like CX does chinese, BA British, etc) so I don't see the problem. There is always an international offering and quite often a special from the destination too. For what its worth, I have never had a 'Dutch meal' offering. I suppose you mean stampot or haring... Otherwise I don't even know what a Dutch meal is.

3. That they offer Dutch wine as an additional gimmick is fun but you make it sound like that is the only choice. They have the same miserable wine selection as BA/LH/etc. If you chose Dutch wine and did not like it you can pick another (as you did).

So... there you go.
