Alternatively, after you get the [ShellExecute] error Message, goto Start -> Run and enter
"%TEMP%\$KVS_AvailabilityTool_OpenURL.htm"
Then choose your preferred browser and make sure to select the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" option.
