May have been a catering issue out of FLL. There have been other posts this year regarding oddball catering out of that airport.

Menus do rotate monthly, but the cinnamon rolls and biscuits have been standard, regardless of the entrée rotation, for years. I've seen the cinnamon rolls very recently on breakfast flights out of IAH.

And yes, the cinnamon roll is one of the best things about the first class breakfast on CO. I really hope they survive post-merger.
