My experience of LH C for what it's worth.....and before the usual suspects tell me off I know I've only flown them once in F and once in C.
LH C is on par with KLM C and well behind BA CW in both hard product and lounge offerings. The LH C food was bloody awful on my flight and that's coming from someone who can appreciate JD Wetherspoon type food.

If you were flying direct from Munich I would stick with LH C in order to save the faffing about of having to go via LHR. As you are starting in ATH then go with BA if you have the miles. Can you not get CE on the ATH-LHR flight?


btw LH have devalued their miles so you might want to get rid of them before the increased redemption rates kick in.
