LH intra-Europe C is effectively the same seat as BA intra-Europe Y, just with the middle seat blocked, and a meal.

LH longhaul C is not good. Slopey seats, and really nothing special IMO. Also, the LH lounges are poor network-wide and the LHR T5 CCR is something special if you haven't visited it before.

I'd go for BA Y then F without a doubt.
