Perhaps we should start a thread listing all the incidents where the lounge dragons switched without appropriate reason from service mode to military mode.
Way too often, pax need to collect print-outs of all the proofs on the site stating that they have right to lounge access or +20 kg,...
The lounge dragons should know, we don't have to prove ourselves what every FT'er knows.
