Flew LAX/OGG today in UA E+ and while not exactly at the level of FC, it beats the Hell out of their plain vanilla economy. Pretty much the same FC legroom and seat width +/- an inch or two here and there. Plus it helped that I was in the three seat center section and nobody was in the middle seat. ^

Gotta pay for drinks/meals but at $1200 less than the price of a FC ticket, that can cover a few drinks.

Flying UA only because of their superb schedule to Maui. DL has now added a morning flight direct to OGG from LAX with a sensible return to LAX midday.

If that flight exists next year when you guys travel to Maui with us, we'll try to see if we can score some FC award seats.
