I just had to call Amex again to ask about the 30k SPG points I was supposed to receive upon spending $1,000 on the card (which I completed 4 months ago). This time, the excuse is a "fulfillment issue", and I was assured that I would have my points within 7-10 days. I have a strange feeling that I will be calling again.
