Luckily she has a Global Plus Amex and they switched her card (for a higher fee of course!) to the Platinum Visa card where A$ do not expire. My question is, does anyone know if this is likely to take effect before Feb (assuming the card is issued within the next 10 days) and will it apply to all points on her account regardless of when earned?

Cheers
I do not know about the BNZ card but for ANZ Platinum Visa, and I do not think there will be a difference, it occurs as soon as the accounts are linked, eg. card issued.
APD non-expiry is for the full account.
