The only counter-argument against "don't like it don't fly" is one based on natural rights and/or constitutional rights. That means immersing yourself in some philosophy or ancient legal documents. Take your pick. Or better yet do both. There have been some specific laws and/or parts of the constitution that have been cited here in the past demonstrating an unconditional "right to fly". Maybe a "right to fly" forum search would find them.
The problem with any of these arguments is that they would seem to forbid mandatory WTMD screening as well, getting into a debate about what is "minimally intrusive" etc. Obviously the TSA would argue that both the rapescanners and the genital gropes are minimally intrusive.
