I have experienced the same thing. I hate having to logg off and log back on to keep the charges at $.75 or 85 per 20 min as opposed to the extra 10 cents per minute. I am at the Sheraton now on the Club level and not getting charged for local calls or 800 calls.

Wish the Westin and Sheraton could wave the time limit for there Gold and Platinium levels. Just throw a "bone" to your busiest and most frequent travelers....
