Sheraton Chicago you got what was coming to you re: USA today article. SLAM.... These charges are Exorbanant - they have not converted to the 60 minute policy of all the other Sheratons.

I spent $1000 a week there - $50,000 a year - I guess that is worth losing in order to nichel & dime me over some telephone charges. Bad move Sheraton. I have been staying at Marriott Renaissance up the street just over this one issue.
