Boomer - Many of the Marriotts have put in ethernet connections on their executive floors and I have heard that this will be true for all Marriott and Renaissances by the end of the year 2000. I think that they are supposed to charge $9.95 a night for it, which I consider quite reasonable, but both times that I used it, the desk clerk did not do all the right detail and it has never yet shown up on my bills.
However, the new bedding at the Westins (is it only on the PG floors?) may be enough to make me hang up every hour and dial again.
