I've got flights set up and arrangements for hotels, car and driver and a few other things (Festival Au Desert, including camping, and a trek in Pays Dogon) for early January. My arrangements don't include most meals (other than breakfasts at hotels). Any idea what to expect to pay in mid-range sort of places? Also, how much does bottled water run in that area? (I do carry water purification tablets, but this is the desert, so I'm not sure how much that helps.)
