The only way in which such a consolidation is possible is the once-in-a-lifetime case that one airline buys another airline and one of the two FFPs ceases to exist and is integrated into the other programme.
It is safe to surmise that in the case of the three airlines you mention, such a merger will not happen within the next decade (if at all).

This is why it is always wise to focus on one programme per alliance (and, if you do not fly very often, fly with one alliance only.
