I've been generally quite impressed with Starwood! The hotels I've stayed in (esp. Westins) have been quite nice and the service is always great.

My only real issue is with Sheraton, in that I think it's very unpredictable. You can check into one Sheraton that is absolutely horrible (4 Points are another issue, I'm talking about real Sheratons) and can check into one the next time that is fabulous (Sheraton Suites Le Soleil in Vancouver, BC is wonderful!)

Sheratons are like a box of chok'lits - you don't know whatcha gonna get inside!
