I could believe they could further limit it in this case. But I certainly think you have a right to protest and I'd certainly report in case it was an abusive cash refund point company.

It was one of the big operators ( I think Interglobal IIRC).. but the amount is small so I will not bother to complain this time.. BUT will surely keep an eye on this from now on ..

So, i guess there is no rule that does not allow us to take in the same currency..
