I just registered for this one. Looks like a good deal for me! Skymiles, SkyPesos -- they work for me! I generally fly coach anyway.

According to the fine print, "May not be combined with any other Membership Rewards offers between November 29 and December 31, 2010," so the 25k MQM bonus offer is likely NOT combinable with this offer. So, it's more of a 50% transfer bonus (if you choose the gift card), or 40% (if you choose the MR certificate), right?
