Basically a 67% transfer bonus or $250 gift card when transferring 50,000 MR to Delta. Seems open to all US residents.
It also doesn't say that its not combinable with the 25k MQM bonus offer, so its possible you could register for both and get the gift and MQMs (which would be incredible).
