Just got back from a week out of town to find in the mail a survey questionnaire from JD Power, on Sheraton Hotels and Starwood. It's going to receive high marks in every category except Telephone Service, where it's going to fail miserably, with comments to explain the anomoly.

With luck, maybe some of you will get the same survey -- strength in numbers, and all that.
