They post next year.

Seriously, it doesn't matter. They don't count toward rolling qualification. They just add to your next year's total. Yes, whatever you have over your current qualification level will rollover next year, near the beginning of the year. Last year it was very quick.

So really you don't "need" them until the end of next year, but but they will post in early January, unless something unexpected happens. They have confirmed it will happen.
