Shady dealing at Four Points Wichita
OK, I accept one mistake. I can even accept two if they are unrelated...
I booked travel for a two week period flying in and out of Wichita Mid Continent Airport. During this two week period, I had four stays booked at Four Points in Wichita (each one night stays). My travel plans changed. I called and cancelled each of these reservations, noting the cancel # in my scheduling program as always before.
I got billed for each and every one of these four stays. Calling customer service for Sheraton Hotels gets you a promise of 10 day turn around for refunds... And some pretty surprised people. They couldn't understand why the charges were posted when they were clearly cancelled.
I guess I need to wait to see if they get reversed before I pitch an even larger fit than I already have. 2 free nights and some 50% off coupons didn't make me feel better.
