I also experienced a lot of problems with Westin and even Starwood. Before I upgraded my basic memory, the screen would get saturated and images and colours wouldn't hold.

The actual booking part of the site is farmed out, I believe, and it can run pretty slow from time to time (and I use a cable modem).

Didn't seem to experience the same problems with Sheraton's site though.
