I hope this is a joke, because:

1) It's just a cup with (if the crappy image is to be believed) a copy of the Preamble to the Constitution and an ad for their site printed on it.

2) It's a cup, the same sort (sans decoration) which you can buy at any sporting goods store.


I could be wrong, but I'd guess that if you're being groped and their hand finds a cup, you're going to be taken off for additional screening because they'll want to verify that you don't have anything except yourself packed inside the cup.
