I had my Gold Card E-Gate activated in October. Both the Skywards Call Centre and the Skywards counter at the lounge will tell you that you need 2 PP pics and a copy of your PP. This was incorrect. The E-Gate counter just past F/J immigration T3 processed my request without a PP pic or PP copy (no admin fee as well).
