THanks in advance

PS: According to my workings, it will be BA 055 from LHR leaving on 03/12 having NF, hence leaving as BA 056 from JNB - LHR on 4/12 having NF.
No guarantees, but I'd look at the two daily return flights to see which is most likely operated by a High-J aircraft (easiest place is probably the Flight Tracker on www.thebasource.com - the flights between LHR and JNB are BA54-57 and you're looking for aircraft with 70J seats). Alternatively www.ftdashboard.net shows which flights have historically higher chances of NF.

I doubt that looking at the number Y seats is that reliable, possibly with the exception of an imminent flight where the equipment has already been scheduled; in any case there are only 4 in the fleet with the extra 8 seats.
