VN are pretty keen on launching their own services to the US about next year, DL are apparently supporting them to launch direct SGN-West Coast flights, with them code-sharing on these flights, DL did axe NRT-SGN and opted to code-share with VN.

For domestic and short haul international services on their A321's VN is pretty much on par with PR. They are not so good with international sectors though.
