The problem of no account activity seems to be fixed. I can now see all of my activity from approx. end of 12/98 thru beginning of 2/99.

You can actually see which hotels belong to each category by going to Award possibilities option under Your Account and you can search by city/region to get a list of hotels and their categories, i.e., Las Vegas NV brought up Caesar's Palance and the Sheraton Desert Inn. They also provide the award chart on the page.

OMNI: I just saw that Caesar's is now a Category 3 instead of 4. Yippee!! Less points for a free night now!!! I could possibly use those saved points for chips at the Blackjack tables...
