Also sitting on 3 SWU's (expiring this month) and 4 RWU's (2 expiring this month and 2 in June). my next International trip for business is in mid-February.

Try using itasoftware.com month-long search tool..for example, $1027AI price bookable on UA for PDX-IAD-MAD-IAD-SEA-PDX on 12/11-12 with good connect times. 12,767 mi. Using your SWU's, should be comfortable flight.
