Yeah, I've also not been able to access my account for over a month by now. I had a 4 Points BKK reservation which probably caused the account to be being messed up. Right now, no reservations are showing at all when I'm signed into spg.com. It hasn't been a big deal, since I didn't plan any SPG stays over the past month, but I will have stays coming up soon. It is really irritating not having online access to my reservations. I just hope this will be resolved over the next few weeks!
