As such, I see this more as a $$$ allocation problem and administrators+lobbyists wanting to seal a lucrative contract, rather than any systematic approach to try to improve security. On the other hand, I don't think it is a systematic approach to try to undermine liberty. The dollars have been spent, and interest will hopefully fade when it slows down the security line, or a frequent flyer sues for a questionably WBI assisted cancer.

TSA got a large chunk of stimulus that OSI salivated over.
