One says eUpgrades after Feb 28, the next says they are "looking at options" for those that might have expected to use them immediately. It is clear that the original intention was a distinct cert cut-off/eUpgrade start-up but maybe the dissatisfaction is brewing. I know I had given up hope of even trying for a HKG flight in Jan.
