I have registered for the promo, however i still cant find a single route through those cities that dosent cost less then ~$700

Set it to MSP, sort by Total, and select just Skyteam. Observe the CPM column (cents per mile). Then sort by CPM and then by Miles.

San Juan looked sort of interesting at 4806 miles and $412. Twice

Or Miami at 3000 miles and $239. 3 times.

Both of these can be improved a bit if you can find routing that is a little inefficient. That ITA software.

But your best bet is still registering with one of the four double miles cities, repositioning yourself there, and then doing a run. Have you gotten yourself registered yet? There is a thread in the Delta forum on that.
